Ultimate Staffing (Customer Care Coordinator)

Long-Term Contract Position

Ultimate Staffing Services is looking to hire a customer care coordinator to join an automotive manufacturer in Irvine, CA. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering valuable experience in a professional corporate environment.

Pay: $24/hour

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Do

Communicate with customers, automotive dealerships, and third parties by phone and email
Research and resolve customer concerns
Document interactions and case activity in a CRM system
Research warranties, policies, programs, and applicable laws
Collaborate with team members and management to meet department goals

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organization and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Typing speed of 65+ WPM
Customer service or office experience preferred, but not required

Automotive experience is not required. Training will be provided.
